Despite the pervasive economic downturn that coincided with us placing our Shawnee, KS home on the market, Bridget worked very hard to market our house and it subsequently sold in 6 months for a price with which we were very happy. Once we had a contract on our house, Bridget worked tirelessly with us to quickly find a home that has turned out to be absolutely perfect for our family! In fact, the home we ended up purchasing met every one of our needs and desires and we couldn’t be happier. Throughout the entire process, Bridget was extremely personable, she listened intently, and made herself readily available to us whenever we had questions or wanted to view homes. Further evidence of her high level of devotion to her profession and clients, was displayed 2 days after we closed on our new home when we called Bridget after finding standing water in our new home’s basement. Bridget promptly called the home seller and personally came over to the house immediately to mediate the home seller’s inspection of the water issue (which turned out to be nothing serious). This action on her part came after the sale was finalized and her responsibilities to us were complete.
